Can I pay for express delivery?

All packages are mailed out within 48 hours of purchase, subject to normal business hours of operation by the United States Postal Service. Express shipping is not currently available.

EXCHANGES

Can products be exchanged?

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
1. The product is unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact.
2. The item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
3. You provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

EXCHANGES PROCESS

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow these steps:
1. Get in touch with our customer service team through our dedicated email to initiate the exchange process. They will assist you in identifying the desired product for exchange and provide you with any necessary information or documentation.
2. Our team will guide you through the return process, similar to the steps mentioned below in the "Returns Process" section.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the desired product to you. You will receive an email notification with the tracking details once your exchange order is dispatched.
4. Please note exchanges can only be permitted for sizing differentials in clothing, and/or damaged goods. Makeup and skincare exchanges are currently unavailable.

3. Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund amount and the method used to reimburse you.

4. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. The timeframe for the refund to reflect on your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
